What’s the turnaround time?

Typically, it’s about 2 weeks give or take, depending on what you’re getting and how much editing is involved. But if you need it quicker, there’s an expedited option!

What’s an outsourced studio?

An outsourced studio is simply a location outside of my regular home studio. Pricing is generally around $65, depending on the space.

What should I book under?

Book under the type of shoot you’re going for like maternity, family, headshots, etc. For example, if you’re booking a maternity mini, select “maternity” and note “mini” in the special instructions.

Where are you located?

I’m based in Canton, but I can travel for an additional fee, depending on how far we need to go!

Do you own your own studio?

Nope! I rent studios, with my main base being a home studio. It’s not my actual home, so please be extra respectful when we’re there.

How can I get ahold of you?

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Just reach out to me via email or phone, and we’ll figure it out. There may be a fee depending on timing, but we can discuss that when you get in touch.

Can I bring my own props and backdrop?

Absolutely! I encourage you to bring anything that adds a personal touch to your shoot. I love making each session unique.

What do you provide?

I provide the space, equipment, and a variety of props and backdrops. I don’t have everything under the sun, though, so if you need something specific, just ask or bring it along! I don’t provide disposable items like cake, balloons, or confetti.

How much for outfit changes and can my friend come?

No extra charge for outfit changes or bringing a friend (as long as it’s under 6 people). If there are extra people or you need more time, just keep in mind that we’ll charge accordingly.

Can I bring my kids even though they’re not getting photos?

Sure, you can bring them, but I don’t recommend it. The more relaxed and comfortable you are, the better the shoot will go!

Can I bring my bottle of tequila for my shoot?

I mean, you can bring it—just make sure it’s sealed or empty. No alcohol or drugs (yes, that includes weed) are allowed in the studio spaces I rent, as I need to remain respectful of those places.

When should I book my maternity shoot?

It’s really up to you! Many women book around 34 weeks, but you know your schedule best.

When should I book my newborn shoot?

As soon as possible! The sooner, the better, so we can capture those precious early moments. The studio is clean and safe, so don’t stress about that!

What if I don’t see the service I need?

No worries, just ask! I offer lots of other services, like birth photography, first 48-hour shoots, service trades, second shooting, outsourced editing, and business designs (websites, cards, logos, and more). I also offer tag-along shoots if you want to learn or just chill and edit with me at the library!
